Inventors are not necessarily aged. Anyone who has a strong imagination and a courage to take risks is an inventor. Most of the individuals on this list made great inventions even before they were able to go to high school. 5. George Westinghouse

Westinghouse was able to receive the 1st patent of his invention, the rotary engine, in 1865. It should be noted that he was able to make this invention in 19 years of age. He is also the one to be credit for giving a new face and identity to the railroad industry. That’s not all, as during those times, more than 2 million vehicles were based on the braking mechanism that was proposed by Westinghouse.

4. Peter Chilvers

This person is to be credited for the invention of the first sailboard. You can also call him the inventor of windsurfing. From a very young age, the boy enjoyed all forms of water sports. What’s more exciting is the fact that he did at the age of 12 years.

3. George Nissen

This man designed the first trampoline at the age of 16 years. He made a lot of struggle in order to make his invention happen. 2. Horatio Adams

For all those who like bubble gums, Horatio Adams is the person to be credited. He had first purchased a Mexican and tried to turn it into some form of bubble. All of you might have heard this name. In order to help his father in terms of making calculations, he made the first mechanical calculator of the world. Moreover, he was only 19 years of age when he had made this invention.
