ling but yet we find ourselves still there in front of the TV just waiting to see what might happen next. Here are the top ten odd, strange and just bad movie releases.

10. Plan 9 from Outer Space

This movie was released back in 1959 and The Golden Turkey Awards crowned this movie was one of the worst ever made movies back in the year 1980. Edward D.Wood, Jr was the one that directed the film and wrote it. The film has Gregory Walcott, Tor Johnson, Mona McKinnon and it also has Maila “vampira” Nurmi. The movie is about extraterrestrial beings that seem to be on a mission to stop the humans from making a weapon that would be doomsday and the universe would be destroyed from it. In the process of this happening the aliens decided to implement what is known as “Plan 9” and try to resurrect the dead on the Earth and those dead would be considered zombies and they are doing this in order to get the attention of the planet and cause some chaos.

9. Battlefield Earth

The movie Battlefield Earth was released back in 2000 and is a science fiction action film that was adapted from the novel of the exact same name L.Ron Hubbard. Roger Christian directed the movie and it did have some famous stars in it such as John Travolta, Barry Pepper and Forest Whitaker. In this movie Earth is being ruled by alien Psychlos for over 1,000 years and a rebellion story is being told as the Psychlos try to attempt win using the humans that have survived as gold miners.

8. Showgirls

The movie Showgirls was released back in 1995 and Paul Verhoeven directed the movie. Former teen actress Elizabeth Berkley stared in it and so did Gina Gershon and Kyle MacLachlan. The movie is about a drifter that is street smart and tries to venture off into Las Vegas and in doing so works hard and tries to make it from being a stripper to becoming a famous showgirl in Las Vegas.

7. Killer Klowns from Outer Space

The movie Killer Klowns from Outer Space is a movie that you will either love or hate. It was released back in 1988 and The Chiodo Brothers directed it and it is starring Grant Cramer. This is the only movie and film that the Chiodo Brothers have directed. The Killer Klowns from Outer Space is about aliens that look like evil clowns and they have arrived on Earth in order to try and capture people and harvest them in order to use them for sustenance.

6. The Black Gestapo

The Black Gestapo is a film that was released back in 1975 and it was written plus it was directed by Lee Frost. The movie stars Charles Robinson, Rod Perry and it also has Edward Cross in it. The Black Gestapo is about General Ahmed who is also known as the vigilante and starts out working in the inner city “People’s Army” and tries to protect the citizens in Watts that are black. The Army does succeed with getting the mob out of their town and when that happens Ahmed is second in command and then Colonel Kojah decides to reform the new movement into the fascist criminal organization.

5. Maniac

Some people might not know about Maniac because it was released back in the year 1934 and those that watched it might have forgotten about it fast because of it just being a bad film. This movie is crazy and it is also all about people going crazy. Maniac was written by Hildegarde Stadie and directed by Dwain Esper. It is a loose adaptation that is from the story “The Black Cat” written by Edgar Allan Poe. In 1999 there was another version that was done that was considered to be better than the 1934 film.

4. Road House

Road House is a action film that was released back in 1989 and was directed by Rowdy Herrington. This movie is starring Patrick Swayze. The movie Road House is about a bouncer at the Roadside Bar that is refurbished and considered new and he tries to protect the small town that is in Missouri from a businessman that is very corrupt. Kelly Lynch is also in the cast and is the love interest of Swayze.

3. Death Bed: The Bed That Eats

The Death Bed: The Bed That Eats is a horror film that was released back in the year 1977 and was produced, directed and written by George Barry. The movie is about a bed that is black and large. A demon possesses the bed and it gets passed over from owner to another owner. The demon at one point was a tree and was at first a breeze and fell in love with the woman that just blew past him. After that happened the demon took on a human form and conjured up the bed. The woman that he made love with on the bed died and his eyes started bleeding on the bed and from that point on, the bed was possessed.

2. Mall Cop

Mall Cop is another movie that you will either love or hate it. This American Crime Comedy movie was released back in 2009 and Kevin James stared in

it and the film was written by him. Steve Car directed the movie. The movie is about Paul Blart who is overweight and mild mannered. He decides to take on a job as the security guard at the West Orange Pavilion Mall. When Black Friday comes around things start to really pick up for him at the mall and he must guard the mall because of a gang of criminals that break in.

1. Batman & Robin

Batman & Robin was released back in 1997 and is an American superhero film. The movie was directed by Joel Schumacher. The Batman & Robin was based on the character Batman that’s in the DC Comics. It is hard to believe this but they spent $125m on the film. The Batman & Robin movie might be “so bad that the movie is good”. Some people might be devoted to the film because of it being just based on Batman. It stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, Uma Thurman and Robert Swenson.
